Martin Salter Associates is run by Martin, who recruits solely in Suffolk, alongside Donna Florido who looks after Norfolk. Rather than a focussing on a specific sector our niche is our respective county; with an emphasis on collaborating with private employers and small-to-medium-sized family businesses. Many are located or operate within rural areas, and most are delivering a product, service, or experience which carries the highest of expectations from their respective customers, clients or patrons.

ABOUT MARTIN
​Brought up a stones-throw from Suffolk's beautiful heritage coast, Martin spent close to two decades in recruitment in various director-level positions, within agencies ranging from start-ups to those exceeding a turnover of £100m. He possesses a comprehensive understanding of recruitment methods and the shortcomings of traditional agencies - and why you may avoid them.
This prompted the establishing of Martin Salter Associates not only to provide a service that is entirely personal but, by leveraging the low overheads this creates, to offer recruitment support and outsourcing that is accessible to even the smallest of businesses and private employers.

ABOUT DONNA
Donna opened her first recruitment boutique in 2010, offering bespoke and cost-effective talent acquisition to aspirational businesses in coastal Norfolk and Suffolk. She places the utmost importance on brand representation and finding the right cultural fit - and how traditional recruitment methods are often costly and ineffective.

Donna joined Martin in 2025 to focus on expanding the offering to Norfolk employers, following the same ethos and dedication to providing an effective, personal service.
