Fees

FEES

My fees are transparent and, by design, far lower than those of traditional recruitment agencies. Not only has this provided accessibility to smaller businesses and private employers that previously found recruitment support out of their reach, but offers slightly larger companies the opportunity to truly outsource their recruitment without the worry of spiralling costs.

There are no up front fees, you pay only when you hire, and will be not be invoiced until your new hire has started.

STANDARD

​

7.5% of the candidates annual remuneration

 

A true partnership arrangement for employers making less than ten hires per year; aimed at filling immediate vacancies efficiently with the highest calibre candidates.

 

You’ll need to be serious about hiring the best people and be willing to invest time to meet with me to arm me with as much knowledge as possible on your business, its culture, and the competencies required to make a positive impact. This collaborative approach relies on you trusting me as your sole recruitment partner, allowing me to focus on quality over speed and become a trusted extension of your team.

 

ENTRY LEVEL

£750.00 fixed fee

 

For some positions, where support is required but full recruitment fees cannot be justified, I offer a fixed fee service. This applies predominantly to private household and estate appointments including: gardener/groundsman, housekeeper, gamekeeper, nanny, groom, etc. plus some entry level roles within commercial businesses such as tradesman, landscapers, tractor drivers, machine operator, farm workers, front of house staff.

OUTSOURCE

Bespoke packages available – reduced rates

 

I have a proven track record of fully outsourcing recruitment for those making more than ten hires per year. By handing me sole responsibility for your recruitment needs across all positions you’ll save time and money by removing advertising costs and minimising internal resource spent on hiring activities. This additional control over the process increases quality and consistency, and enables me to offer a bespoke pricing package akin to a volume discount.

If you wish for me to recruit on your behalf alongside other recruiters, or part of a wider PSL, please contact me to discuss. Although this is not my preferred method of operating, it is something I may consider on its individual merit.
