Suffolk has a strong artisan culture of niche food and drink producers and fully deserves its moniker of ‘the Foodie County’.

Food and drink production has always been central to Suffolk and todays producers of fine fare are following in the footsteps of centuries of farmers, butchers and brewers before them, contributing to the economy from ‘field to fork’ including growing, production, processing, packaging, distribution, festivals and tourism.

I offer support to producers, makers, pubs, restaurants, cafes, and farm shops to identify talent who will fully embrace their brand and join them on their journey. I choose to work with a select few businesses, those that not only embody excellence and innovation, but also preserve the region's rural heritage, and promote sustainable practices.
