The company


A lovingly restored Tudor manor, set in 17 acres of Suffolk parkland just outside of the market town of Eye, Diss. There is a range of dining areas including a public house, three private dining rooms, a spacious terrace, and a bright orangery style restaurant with open pass, and a purpose-built marquee perfect for large weddings and corporate events.

 

The job


Working closely with the General Manager to deliver and maintain the exceptionally high standards of service that are strived for in this stunning establishment. You will lead on service quality, running the floor during busy service where you can expect anything from 50 to 120 covers per day across the restaurant and terrace. You'll also act as host of private functions and events, ensuring guests receive first class service. A perfect opportunity for an experienced F&B Manager, Restaurant Manager, or FOH Supervisor who is looking to progress their career in an incredible venue.

 

What you'll need


Experience running front of house operations in fine dining establishments

Ability to lead, motivate and train a team to achieve consistently high standards

Strong passion for hospitality

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

 

Where you'll be based


Based just outside Eye, Suffolk, in idyllic Suffolk countryside

 

What you'll receive


- £30,000 - £33,000 per annum dependent on experience

- On-site accommodation available

- Full time employment, working 5 days out of 7

- TRONC worth approx. £2 per hour

- Opportunity for progression through the business

- 28 days annual leave
