Maintenance Engineer

The job


Your role will be to work within the maintenance team to carry out planned and reactive maintenance works to the Wilderness Reserve, as well as the 70+ let properties across the estate.

 

What you'll need


Extensive maintenance experience with either an electrical engineering or plumbing & heating engineering bias

You must be a real team player with a willingness to attend to out of hours emergency call outs where required

Well-presented and courteous

A Full UK driving licence and your own transport

 

Where you'll be based


The estate spans 8000 acres, from Heveningham to Sibton to Yoxford.

 

What you'll receive


- £40,000 per annum

- Full time employed contract working Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

- One week in five working 10:30am-7pm Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm Saturday-Sunday

- On call fee plus call-out pay at 1.5x paid door-to-door

- Two days off the following week when working the weekend

- 28 days annual leave, including bank holidays
